Named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies two years in a row, we fittingly located our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia’s fastest growing neighborhood. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Scott’s Addition offers an industrial environment that houses commercial businesses and creative artisans alike, with some of the best restaurants and craft breweries the city has to offer. It’s urban, vibrant, creative, and gritty.

Our building’s vibrant atmosphere is unlike any you’ll find in Richmond. Once used by East Coast Freight Lines for loading docks and truck repair, the 1940s warehouse retains much of its original character, including exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, working garage doors, and industrial cement floors, while offering every modern-day amenity a workspace could possibly need.

The best part? We like to share.

The Frontier Project invites you to host your next event on-site. Our building offers a versatile platform for both turnkey events and larger productions. With large open spaces, small break-out areas, and advanced technology and media capabilities, our space is perfect for your next corporate meeting, social soiree, film shoot, or press event.

Our aesthetic: Industrial, urban, sustainable, and mid-century modern.

Founded in, and based out of, Richmond, Virginia—with footprints in Dallas, NYC, and LA—The Frontier Project is a leading boutique consulting firm that provides tactical support to companies that are transforming their organizations, innovating new products and services, and influencing global markets.

Our services include leadership training and development, innovation consulting and strategy, digital publishing, and audio and visual production. We integrate the disciplines of strategy, behavioral economics, psychology, communications, and the visual arts. We have maintained an average annual growth rate of over 30 percent since 2008.

In addition to innovation, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Why? We believe it’s our duty to significantly reduce the negative impact we have on our environment. From eliminating trashcans to sourcing beautifully reclaimed furniture, we are constantly pushing ourselves—and clients—to minimize our carbon footprint.
